The Search Engine Academy SEO workshops have been approved for University Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by the University of Southern Mississippi. These CEUs are national CEUs, as opposed to state CEUs, which are offered by many universities.
Because the Search Engine Academy SEO CEUs are "national," the process of getting the coursework approved is much more rigorous. The University of Southern Mississippi actually keeps a transcript of the CEUs on file in their Registrar's Office for 20 years, and you can request a copy at any time as proof of having completed the coursework.
CEUs can't be used towards a degree, and they aren't the same as University "credit." Instead, they're proof that an accrediting agency stands behind the course and has approved it. It shows that our courses are quality and that we care enough to have a governing body watch over our shoulders.
Few companies go to the trouble to get approved for University CEUs, which is one of the reasons why our courses stand above all the others in the industry.
If you are interested in getting University CEUs for the coursework, you must notify us before you attend. There is a small fee that is paid to the University, and there are certain requirements. Contact us to let us know if you're going to request CEU credit.
