Workshop Information

Get to class before 8:30 a.m. to get checked in and settled, because we start at 8:30 sharp. Bring something to write with, and a wireless-enabled laptop (Mac or PC) to practice. All other materials will be provided for you. There will be a lunch break at about 12:00 noon for 1½ hours, and class will continue until approximately 5:00 p.m.
Once you register, you'll receive a receipt for your records, and your instructor will contact you with further information as the class gets close. If you have any questions, contact your instructor directly.
For Those Traveling From Other Areas
If you are traveling from other parts of the Bay Area, BART is nearby - go to the 12th Street Oakland City Center station. It's about 8 blocks to walk to the training center, or there are shuttles. If you need to drive, there is limited street parking available (2 or 4 hour limits) or a parking garage on the corner of 2nd Street and Washington Street ($13 per day). The Oakland International Airport (OAK) is nearby, and easier to fly in and out of than San Francisco (SFO).
